A court has ordered Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo to appear before the Officer in-Charge of Parliament police station on Thursday.
The legislator is to record a statement in relation to claims of improper act raised against her by the police.
Ms Odhiambo had last week launched a verbal attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta on camera.
“It is my opinion, the right of expression in the constitution, the right to conscious,” Ms Odhiambo later justified her actions.
