Business mogul and a former Nairobi governor candidate Mr Jimnah Mbaru on Wednesday took a jab at President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.
In a Twitter post, Mr Mbaru subtly dismissed President Kenyatta’a regime for lacking the intellectual muscle that was characteristic of the grand coalition led by former President Mwai Kibaki and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Mwai Kibaki and Raila Odinga had something in common. They surrounded themselves with highly educated people.

Some Kenyans supported Mr Mbaru’s sentiment while others warned him to brace for a possible backlash.
