Machakos County Women Representative Dr Susan Musyoka on Tuesday recorded a statement with the police over utterances that bordered on treason.
Senior Resident Magistrate Irene Kahuya on Tuesday granted Dr Musyoka a personal bond of Sh20,000 and restrained police from arresting her pending investigations.
The case will be mentioned on November 15.
The MP was accompanied by her lawyer Senior Counsel Dr John Khaminwa.
